What does CloudStudy Academy offer?

CloudStudy Academy is all about making learning easy and fun! We offer personalized 1-on-1 and small group classes for students in Grade 6 to Grade 9, all online. Our goal is to give each student the attention they need to succeed!

How do I join a class?

It’s easy! Just head over to our Classes section to check out the available options. Once you find the class you’d like to join, click on the Enroll Now button. Alternatively, you can visit our Contact Us page, choose whether you'd like to reach us by email or WhatsApp, and get in touch to confirm your spot. We're here to help!

How do I make payments?

Making a payment is simple! Just transfer the Class fee to the bank account details we provide. Once you've made the payment, send us a screenshot or receipt via email or WhatsApp. After we confirm the payment, we'll send you the link to your class. Easy as that!

What are the requirements for online classes?

• A stable internet connection

• A device of your choice (computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone) with a microphone and camera

• Access to platforms like Microsoft Teams (as needed for your class)

Do you provide study materials?

Yes, we provide digital study materials and resources for the classes. The primary content will be provided by the tutor, and from time to time, we’ll also share any additional study materials or resources needed to support your learning!

Can I reschedule or cancel a class?

Yes, you can! Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance. For group classes, we can’t reschedule, but we’ll send you the recording. For 1-on-1 classes, we’re happy to help reschedule to a time that works better for you and the tutor.

How are the classes conducted?

Our classes are all online, so you can join from the comfort of your home! We use video conferencing tools like Microsoft Teams to make learning easy and interactive.

What subjects do you teach?

Right now, we focus on English, but we're always looking to add more subjects in the future to help you even more!

What are the class sizes?

We offer 1-on-1 classes for personalized attention, as well as small group classes (maximum of 15 students per group) to make sure everyone gets the support they need!

Who are the tutors?

Our tutors are friendly, experienced professionals who love teaching and are passionate about helping students succeed!

How do the fees work?

We charge on a per-class basis, so you’ll pay the fee for each class before it starts. Each week, you’ll have 1 class, and there are 4 classes per month. Simply pay the fee before each class, and we’ll send you the link to join.

For group classes, you also have the option to pay on a monthly basis, covering all 4 classes upfront for added convenience!

Do you provide physical classes?

No, we’re 100% online! All our classes are held virtually, so you can join from anywhere and learn
