  • Have a stable internet connection and required devices for classes.

  • Respect the tutors and other students during classes.

3. Payments and Refunds

  • Payment must be made in advance to secure your class slot.

  • Refunds will only be issued if a class is canceled by us or due to unforeseen circumstances agreed upon by both parties.

  • Missed classes due to student issues will not be refunded but may be rescheduled at the tutor’s discretion.

4. Code of Conduct

We expect students and parents to behave respectfully towards our teachers and staff. Any abusive or disruptive behavior may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Limitation of Liability

CloudStudy Academy is not liable for:

  • Technical issues arising from the user’s device or internet.

  • Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
